Brewery
- The first traces of what is now called Brewery Boon are found in 1680.
- The brewery was always given the name of the new owner and in 1977 René De Vits sold it to Frank Boon.
- The brewery is one of a handful of breweries that use the turbid mashing method the oldest traditional brewing method for Lambic.
- Brewery Boon delivers Lambic to Geuze makers, and makes a classic Oude Geuze and Oude Kriek in addition to the highly successful Kriek Boon.
